• Fuzzies is a unique co-working space where you can work, relax, and play amidst adorable cats, console games, and board games.

2. Can I bring my own food and drinks?

• Unfortunately, outside food and drinks are not allowed in Fuzzies. But don't worry, we offer free-flow beverages and snacks for you to enjoy during your visit!

3. Are the cats available for adoption?

• No, the cats at Fuzzies are not available for adoption. They are our beloved furry residents and are not up for adoption.

4. Can I reserve a slot to play with the cats?

• Fuzzies operates on a first-come, first-served basis. You can spend time with the cats as you please during your visit.

5. Are there any age restrictions for visiting Fuzzies?

• Fuzzies is open to visitors of all ages. However, children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

6. Do I need to book a ticket in advance?

• No, tickets are now available over the counter! However, if you are coming in a big group and would like to check on our availability, feel free to contact us for reservation via WhatsApp!

7. Can I book Fuzzies for private events?

• Yes, you can! Fuzzies is available for private events. Please contact us for more information and booking inquiries under the “Event Space” tab.

8. Are there any rules for interacting with the cats?

• Yes, we have a few guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our furry friends. Please refrain from chasing or picking up the cats, and always be gentle and respectful towards them. More will be explained upon registration.

9. Is there parking available nearby?

• Yes, there are parking facilities available nearby. However, availability may vary depending on the time of day.

10. What are the payment methods accepted at Fuzzies?

• We are cashless so we accept credit/debit cards, PayNow and Paylah!.

11. What are the operating hours of Fuzzies?

• Fuzzies is open from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM every day of the week, including weekends and public holidays. For event bookings outside of the working hours, kindly contact us to inquire on availability.

12. Can I rent Fuzzies for photoshoots or filming purposes?

• Yes, we offer rental options for photoshoots and filming sessions at Fuzzies. Please contact us for more details and booking inquiries.

13. Is Fuzzies wheelchair accessible?

• No, Fuzzies at level 3 and 4 and there is staircase access only.

14. Are there any noise restrictions at Fuzzies?

• While we encourage a lively and fun atmosphere, we ask that all guests be mindful of noise levels to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone.

15. What happens if I arrive late for my reserved session?

• If you arrive late for your reserved session, you may still enter Fuzzies within 15 mins, but please note that your session duration will not be extended beyond the original end time. If you are late for longer than 15 minutes, slots will be released to walk-in groups.

17. Can I bring my own cat & pets to Fuzzies?

• No, outside pets are not allowed at Fuzzies. We want to ensure the safety and well-being of our resident cats and other guests.
